About the role
In the role, you will work independently together with our Managing Director for Sweden, Lena Ridström, and get hands-on experience in strategy development, business analysis, decision-making, etc. Your daily tasks will revolve around:

- Plan and manage meetings and workshops
- Create analysis of business, for example in Power BI and Excel
- Be in charge of action log
- Prepare PowerPoints
- Follow up on decisions and actions


We are looking for a student interested in a part-time job besides their studies, and it's expected to be able to work 1-2 days a week. We offer flexibility and you will be able to work both remotely and from our office. When at the office, you'll be located just in the center of Stockholm on Drottninggatan. Not only will you find open and light office areas and meetings rooms, but also great coffee and nice colleagues. ☕️

Requirement profile

To succeed in this role we believe you are independent and self-managed, and have an eye for analysis and prioritization. Also, a big plus if you are filled with energy and ambition, and appreciate being able to take your own initiatives to drive things forward.

- You are currently studying a relevant higher education, for example, economics, industrial engineering, business, or similar.
- Fluent in Swedish and English in writing and verbally
- Meritorious if you have experience writing reports, analyses, business plans, strategy documents, etc.
