Job Description
You will together with our other technicians run our electronics production where we use both automated systems (sk pick´n place robots) and manual machines for programming IC´s. We also have laser marking and other machines in our ESD-controlled area for production. Your role and responsibility could also include to be a coordinator who is charge for the day-to-day production planning as well as work with our inventory management. Today there is a team of three technicians running our production and we have more than 100 customers world wide and supply several million programmed parts each year.


Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills and technical background.
Proficient in written and verbal communication skills both in English and Swedish.
Strong organizational skills and ability prioritize based on deadlines.
Must be a self-starter and able to manage your time to optimize productivity.
Extreme attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Commitment to product quality and safety.
Ability to work in an intense, fast-paced environment with limited-no mistakes.
Must be passionate about your work, and take pride in everything you do.



Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor production schedule based on weekly/monthly order pipeline.
Advise and work with production department of any changes or delays affecting scheduled production.
Advise our sales department of all issues pertaining to their accounts.
Other duties may be assigned in accordance with company needs.

On a daily basis we speak and write in both Swedish and English so your knowlegde in these two languages is a must.
