Scania is driving the shift to a sustainable transport system. We have high ambitions and bold targets for how we approach the future in transport. In these ambitions, electrification plays an important role, of which Scania in Luleå is an important part. Scania in Luleå is the center for Scania’s production of rear axles and frame components. We have daily just in time deliveries to Scania's chassis assemblies in Södertälje, Zwolle and Angers.

Your Profile

We believe that you have good experience in project management that you have gained through a number of years of work experience. If you have a relevant university degree, we see it as a good foundation for the position. It is an advantage to have experience in industrial engineering or production environment, but the most important thing is that you have an interest in it! We believe that you are passionate about digitalisation and the industry of the future to be fit for this position.

We highly value your personal qualities, since you will have a key position in the department.  As a person, we believe that you are results-oriented, structured and have the ability to go from idea to action. You enjoy working at a high pace with several parallel activities. You think it is important to be close to the production and build good relationships within Scania and with our external partners. You are an open and positive person who is easy to work with and has good communicative ability in Swedish and English.
