eCommerce Account Representative and Project Manager Stockholm Sweden

As an Account representative you will be responsible for leading the work with our key customers. Our product is an advanced machine learning algorithm within search personalization for eCommerce. As demand for our product continues to increase, we are on a journey to grow the team in 2021. We’d love for you to join us.
About the role:
You will be in charge of a critical part of the business which is to manage our top customers – understanding their needs and find solutions with our product and lead projects to implement new features.
This role works with a global scope and you will occasionally work outside of office hours, but you will in a very high extent be able to decide on when that is.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing strong relationships with our major clients to ensure they remain a loyal client to Findify
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams
Analyze the customer base and identify opportunities to improve the Findify business

About you:

Located in Stockholm, Sweden

You have:
Proven background of leading project management and follow up
Experience in CMSs like Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce
Relevant experience in the eCommerce industry as an agency Project Manager or Account Manager
Experience from working in an International environment
Experience with project management tools such as Jira
Experience in working in/with remote team



We’d be extra impressed if you also have:
Experience with Microsoft excel or Google sheets
Language skills beyond English
Passion for AI/ML
