What’s in it for you?
Volvocars.com is our online store and in this role, you will ensure successful delivery of the commercial growth agenda for e-commerce across the EMEA region. You will be key in strengthening our brand digital leadership position to deliver on our company vision by:
•    Implementing and adopting Consumer centric approach in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

•    Managing collaboratively & effectively the key stakeholders internally & externally
•    Nurturing & developing plans, people, systems & processes to meet the business growth
•    You will play a key role in building and leading the platform organization to deliver signed-off digital roadmap ambitions.

What you will do
In this role you will lead a cross-functional E-Commerce team within Consumer experience, On-site activation, Content management, Analytics & Project management as well as a country online business team, to achieve overall business objectives. This in tales defining and actively driving eCommerce targets; out of the box thinking, sell-in net sales, margins, sell-out KPIs such as top line, conversion rates, traffic and stock cover. You will also define the eCommerce strategies and key capabilities to drive sustainable channel growth focusing on top line growth, profitability and online market shares.

To succeed in this position, you need to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage all aspects of eCommerce business including buying & planning, platform management, financial planning, digital marketing, operations and omni-channels across multiple markets.

You serve as a liaison and primary point of contact for EMEA eCommerce to cross functional stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration. You will monitor and follow-up on key contractual terms, commitments from eCommerce franchise partner on topics like technical, eCommerce marketing, customer service, product returns, legal compliance, brand image/communication and reporting.

You will also
•    Manage the change management within the eCommerce team and with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the aligned business goal and process. 
•    Drive periodical update meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners. Manage and coordinate EMEA go-to-market plans 
•    Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for the eCommerce function and strategy
•    Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices and identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking

Who you are 
You are a strong relationship builder who will partner with key cross-functional teams to deliver omnichannel experience in all aspects of consumer touchpoint. You have a holistic perspective, analytical mind and hands-on approach managing all aspects of reporting & analytics related to EMEA eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders. 

In previous roles you have driven operational excellence in the within the eCommerce value chain from a consumer-centric point of view. You also coached, trained and motivated a cohesive and high-performing team of internal members and external partners to effectively develop eCommerce solutions and grow the business. You know what it takes and can execute on building, directing and transforming the team capabilities to meet the business model and requirements. 

You and your skills
•    You must have +8 years of related experience, e.g B2C eCommerce under brand/retail perspective across multiple markets. 
•    In-depth understanding of digital & eCommerce dynamics and players in the industry
•    Result driven, Online savvy, with a “Never Stop Training” mindset
•    You are fluent in English and additional languages are a bonus
