The global sustainability department aims to support, inspire and challenge the organization towards a more sustainable fashion future as a part of our Group Direction. With a department based on teams divided into Environment, Social, Engagement, Steering & Controlling as well as Take Care we have a global outreach internally and externally.


Job Description
In the role as Executive Assistant you will provide our Global Manager with support in the day to day operations. The role is broad, ranging from administrative tasks to planning and coordinating meetings, events and communication with internal and external stakeholders. In the role, you will gradually be able to take on independent project within the area of sustainability in order to develop within the area of sustainability over time, but always tightly connected to the other responsibilities in the role.
Your responsibilities will include:
To give administrative support to the Head of Sustainability
Manage and maintain schedules and emails; with focus on communication and stakeholder management
Prepare meetings, agendas, keeping records and following up on action points
Produce and review presentation material
Organize external and internal meetings and events
Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation and lodgings
Work on independent tasks related to the area of sustainability

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Previous executive support experience or other equivalent experience
An interest in sustainability with the ambition to deepen your understanding within the area
Strong administration and organizational skills
Clear and strong communication skills
High levels of discretion, integrity and professionalism are essential
Good initiative, time and workload management



General Information
Excellent MS Office skills (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Strong attention to detail with a high focus on quality in your work
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

This is a full-time permanent position with placement in Stockholm.
