In this recruitment Lifts All uses Bravura as a recruitment partner. The recruitment will be handled by Bravura but you will be employed by Lifts All.

Lifts All AB is a Swedish supplier of lifting equipment for product handling to industry, trade and pharma. They also sell equipment to resellers and to airports both within Sweden and internationally. The lifting equipment replaces manual lifting and enables companies to create a better working environment and reduce wear and tear injuries. The company has solid experience of compressed air-powered lifting aids where the solutions are tailored to customers' needs. Lifts All has offices, production and warehouses in the northern parts of Stockholm with about 35 employees who work closely together with sales, development and production. The corporate culture is familiar and is characterized by a strong community and a desire to move forward together.
The company is growing and is constantly entering new and exciting international markets. Now they are looking for an Export Sales Representative who will go under the export department. The department currently consists of 3 employees.
Tasks and responsibilities:
As an Export Sales Representative at Lifts All, your most important area of responsibility is to identify and find new distributors around the world at new markets. Which means regular traveling around the world, both to sell in Lifts All’s products but also to help resellers get started at their market. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from incoming leads on e.g. the website to closing business and deals. Hence you work with consultative sales, a great focus is placed on mapping and identifying the customer's specific needs and building trust. When you’ve identified the need, you suggest a cost proposal and a quote for the customer's specific needs, which then goes to production.
Today, the company works with distributors in Europe, Asia and the USA and trips outside of Sweden will occur.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• At least 3 years of experience in technical B2B sales
• Experience in international sales
• Great technical interest
• Fluency in English, knowledge in Swedish or any other language is a big plus

Finally, you take responsibility for your tasks and can structure and prioritize the right things at the right time.
