As part of AstraZeneca the Nordic Marketing Company (NMC) employs around 450 people across 4 countries and has offices located in Södertälje, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo. We are looking for you to come and join our Nordic External Event Team in the temporary role as External Event Coordinator. You will join a team of 8 colleagues located in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. The team is part of the Innovation and Business excellence team and is responsible for support to local activities as well as teams and roles on a Nordic level.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
In the role as External Event Coordinator, you become a part of the Nordic External Event team were all have a joint responsibility for the support and team deliveries.

You will provide adaptable support to various functions in the company, enabling agile ways of working and secure execution of activities and projects, for example complex virtual and physical meetings and off-site events. The team mainly provides support on arrangements of details around Nordic and Local Sales and Marketing activities, e.g., additional tasks include support to appointed function/Specialist area Communication, collaboration, and to act as back-up for team members as appropriate.

As part of this role, you are expected to participate in establishing an understanding of customer requirements to ensure that planned activities and services meet needs, and in monitoring those services and activities to ensure requirements are fully met. It is in your responsibility to assure that tasks are of accurate quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards.

* Relevant experience from similar work
* Experience working with digital solutions and omni-channel approach
* Prioritizes workload, to achieve personal and work unit targets
* Able to adapt to changing situations and to seek for improvements
* Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English

We are looking for a team member, who enjoys working with different internal stakeholders such as field force, marketing, and medical functions. This role is customer focused and a positive attitude together with good collaboration and interpersonal skills are central to succeed.

* Omfattning: Fulltime, six months primarily
* Placering: Södertälje, Stockholm
