Finance Head - Sweden

We would like to hire a Finance Head Sweden, to manage our Finance department in Sweden and Italy. You will be based out of our TCS Nordic Headquarter in Stockholm and report to Internal Finance head for EMEA region. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or abroad (incl India) will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In the role you will be responsible for the Financial and Accounting aspects of TCS Subsidiary in Sweden and also support Italy. You will need to co-ordinate and execute Accounting Policies per the applicable Accounting Standards, ensure compliance/ requirements of Internal & Statutory Auditors of the Company.
- Liaison with TCS attorneys, tax consultants and accountants to ensure statutory compliance and legal requirements as a result of the Company operating in multiple geographies and tax jurisdictions.
- Co-ordinate consolidation of accounts and audit related activities with the Corporate offices in India.
- Liaison with banks and financial institutions with regard to working capital and other financial requirements of the enterprise.
- Preparation of annual financial plan to ensure that the enterprise is aligned to the defined business and financial goals; reporting to the management on remedial measures to be taken based on the variances reported.
- Assist in periodic review of risk assessment and risk management plans.
-Effectively manage the Offshore team, the statutory audits, monthly and quarterly closing of books of accounts.
-To meet month-end and quarter-end deadlines, also liaison with payroll agency and Tax consultants , work along with consultant for Annual Audit Report.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance(or equivalent) and minimum 15 years of working experience in Finance.
- Experience in working on-shore and with off-shore teams.
- Experience in leading Finance teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written/spoken).
- Presentation Skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Confidence and ability to carry-out audits independently.
- Flexibility to travel within and outside Sweden.
