Job description
Perido is looking for a Financial Assistant to an important agency within the European Union, located in Solna.
Your daily tasks
As a Financial Assistant you will take on a wide-ranging and exciting role to support the agency’s processes and workflows within the financial area. Your workday will offer various tasks and responsibilities including:
Assistance in general finance, accounting and payroll
Prepare and follow up on financial documents such as orders and payments
Encode financial information in internal systems
Perform reconciliations of budgetary reports and statements
Provide general administrative and clerical support

Your qualifications
We believe a suitable person for this assignment have some experience of financial, accounting or contracting work and is also familiar with administrative processes and systems. It is important that you feel confident in using Excel as it will be an important tool in your work. Furthermore, we assume that you are flexible and able to structure your work even though you work with several tasks simultaneously. You enjoy building relationships and communicate with team members, colleagues and external resources.

Requirements
· Education at university level, or other relevant post-secondary education and relevant professional experience
· Experience in a financial/accounting/contracting environment
· Good exposure and understanding of administrative and financial processes and systems
· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Contract type and hours
Full time. Start as soon as possible. Three months assignment, with possible extension for additional three months.
