Functional Services Specialist

We are looking for a candidate with a keen interest both in the financial markets and software for trading and risk management. The main responsibility of the Functional Services Specialist is to supply customers with expert advice and analysis of problems related to the use of advanced financial software. You will be working in a team of other Functional Services Specialists, assisting customers on the usage of FRONT ARENA, our world class trading and risk management system. This includes understanding all types of financial instruments and calculations of risk and profit and loss values. The position requires constant learning since markets and the software will evolve. Occasionally you will supply customers with on-site assistance. Qualifications You have a degree in Finance, Engineering or Computer Sciences and/or 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry or a financial software/development environment. You are fluent in English (German a plus) and you have excellent mathematical and communication skills. Since we are supporting real-time trading and risk management, you need to be stress tolerant and a team player. You need to have the mind of a problem solver as well as having a strong customer services focus.
