Joining us you will be a member of The Global Warranty Support Department, organized within our Product Development function. Within this team we are responsible for developing warranty systems, warranty processes, campaign process, safety investigations and supplier warranty recovery. We are a team of 10 employees with long experience within Volvo who aim for treating our customers fair at the same time as we need to minimize the payment for taking care of quality problems. We have a broad area of responsibility, which means that together with us you have a great possibility to learn and to develop both professionally and personally, because when you succeed, we succeed.


This is how you could make an impact
Together with our Business Units and Market Companies/private Importers we continuously improve our warranty platform, both from a process and from a system point of view. You will support our markets with all kind of warranty questions, including system support. You will also calculate warranty surcharges upon request from our Business Units. You will further improve our company by supporting our Market Companies/private Importers in our warranty process.

You have relevant degree and work experience
You are service-minded and like to support our Business Units and Market Companies/private Importers upon request
You have technical skills and have service market knowledge
You like to learn our warranty process and connected systems, in order to support our markets, but also to write change requests to improve the systems
You are interested to learn how to calculate warranty surcharges
You will support the market with warranty claims from the dealer workshop, which means that you need to understand if the work claimed is reasonable, both from a technical and a financial point of view
