Job Description

The team is within T&D Sweden at AFRY, which is ranked number 1 in Sweden and 7th globally.
AFRY is now looking for a driven group manager who wants to be involved in expanding our business.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you recognize yourself in this description:
You hold Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering Degree. Preference will be given to candidates with Master’s or Ph.D. degrees in Power Systems.
Demonstrate a very good understanding of HVDC, FACTS, RE integration, or advanced power system studies.
You have the knowledge and proven experience in simulation programs and power system tools.
You have led or worked with teams towards common goals through collaboration
You have good business acumen and understand what different clients’ needs needs, including power utilities, manufacturers, and contractors.

We want a colleague that is business oriented and understands the sales and marketing business as part of being a group manager hence you should be able to develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations with our customers and expand your business network.
Fluent communication in English and good command of Swedish are required for this position. Good knowledge of other languages is a plus.
The position is in Sweden and the preferred locations are Stockholm, Göteborg, and Västerås to be able to undertake this role well. However, AFRY’s way of collaborating is hybrid, and hence we offer flexibility on how and where we work (Check this link)
