Head Architect to Future Lending Process

Swedbank has a strong position within lending but seen from a strategic perspective, Swedbank need to increase the customer satisfaction and lower the cost to serve, to stay competitive. The Future Lending Process (FLP) project aims to implement a new credit origination platform in the bank. The initiative will increase customer self-service, digitalization and automation of credit processes.

About the job As an Architect you will develop and maintain the business and IT architecture for Group Lending in accordance to Swedbank Strategies, Swedbank Target Architecture and Business Area Architecture (BAA).
Your responsibilities as an architect will be:

Develop and maintain Business Domain Architecture following Swedbank Target Architecture.
Communicate Swedbank Target Architecture and Business Domain Architecture to relevant stakeholders within Group Lending
Participate in creation of Swedbank Target Architecture
Participate in planning of Group Lending development activities, identify required architecture work
Govern architecture questions within the Group Lending
Conduct architecture work needed in different investment opportunities
Create or participate in the creation of architectural descriptions or other architecture related artefacts
Ensure architecture aspects in procurement activities
Guide cross functional teams in architecture and design matters
Ensure adherence to established processes


What you need to succeed You need to be structured, systematic and have an interest for details. You have the ability to understand the total scope and you are customer oriented and have good understanding of the business. It is also important to have good communication skills along with being a strong team player and have a positive attitude to succeed in this role.

What you may have worked with previously At least 5 years of experience within business or IT development.
Extensive practical experience in business, system analysis or programming.
Experience in models, methods and tools used within architecture work
