Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Head of Authorized Resource Provider Category Sourcing - Sourcing Category Manager. The Head of Authorized Resource Provider Sourcing shall develop cost effective, Ericsson wide, category strategies that are based on cross-functional requirements & business needs in both MAs and BAs.
The Head of Authorized Resource Provider Sourcing is accountable for supplier business intelligence, benchmarking practice & category market knowledge, establishing a cost effective & competitive marketplace that optimizes Ericsson’s supplier business, whilst securing quality and compliance
Through early and grouned contribution in sales and project engagements, the Head of Authorized Resource Provider Sourcing shall drive higher value contribution from third party deliveries, thus supporting stakeholders in MA & BA.
We are seeking a talented and proactive individual with multicounty experience in MS, NRO & NDO businesses who is looking for a challenge to work with managing diverse & virtual teams, commercial and negotiation aspects for the Ericsson Group, and can develop a strong virtual team that delivers and exceeds targets. The successful candidate will have to be very result oriented with strong analytical abilities, solid category sourcing and relationship building abilities, have a strong commercial and negotiation background as well as excellent communication skills.
The role reports to Head of Networks and Managed Services Sourcing and will be part of the Networks and Managed Services sourcing leadership team. The role is responsible for team members situated in different countries; experience in leading virtual teams is therefor of vital importance.
Responsibilities:
Create a productive work environment for individuals and own organization, as well as for Sourcing as a function
Develop, implement and drive Global Category Strategy
Ensure execution of work; Develop the sourcing business model & define best practices
Drive Sourcing value contribution; Create cost effective, sustainable category and business solutions, with rate cards, standardization, bid calendars and more.
Identify and Perform business intelligence and benchmark
Work in close cooperation both strategic and operational with MA and BA stakeholders.
Secure Sourcing process compliance
Drive Competence Management
Key Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree preferred, in the field of business, finance, legal or management
Min years of experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience
