In this position, you report to the Head of Risk, Revenue and portfolio management – Global Online Business.

Your mission 
This is a role focusing on building out the strategies, policies and infrastructure needed to support the launch of the vehicle subscription product globally. 
The role will take full responsibility for managing all risks and processes across the credit risk lifecycle, as well as focusing on the go-to-market activities across the globe. As the Head of Care By Volvo Credit Risk you will recruit, train, coach and develop employees to build and maintain a high performing team. One of your main focuses are to build and maintain credit risk policies for all Care By Volvo markets and segments. You are the key business owner for FICO decisioning engine and related systems and processes. 

You will also 
•    Maintain a risk strategy to keep expected losses within defined risk appetite
•    Optimize the efficiency of the credit operation with creative idea on automation
•    Responsible for early and late stage collections processes, systems development and partnerships with outsourced providers globally
•    Responsible for all manaul underwriting processes across Care By Volvo markets

You have extensive experience in B2C and B2B credit risk management. Where you have developed and implemented credit risk models/scorecards. If you also have experience in designing credit risk strategies, risk appetite and having hands on experience from working with credit tools and engines. 

You also are experienced in
•    Collections (non payment) strategies
•    Fraud risk management in online environment
•    Digital lending/systems
•    Prior experience leading and building credit risk focused teams in a digital environment

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
•    University degree within in a quantitative discipline - Finance, Physics or similar 
•    5+ years relevant experience in retail credit risk management from consumer banking or consumer finance, preferably with exposure to Online lending products and businesses. Ideally with 10 years or more total experience
•    Advanced Excel & SQL or similar
•    Data mining & manipulation and mathematical & financial modelling
•    Fluent in English – verbal and written
