About the Head of Delivery Management role
The Head of Delivery Management is responsible for setting tactical direction for delivery management, defining and implementing standards and processes, managing the team across a broad portfolio of accounts. If you have strong consulting skills and you build lasting relationships with both clients and all parts of the business organization we would like to hear from you.
You will represent the delivery team within the business and you will ensure the individuals within delivery management are aligned and function as a team. We want you to define and execute on viable approaches and methodologies in line with relevant standards and best practices. You will bring an energy and passion to the role that inspires those in the department. The main delivery project will be leading the renowned UBI World Benchmark Study of Business Incubators and Accelerators engaging with a global community of more than 1000+ intern Therefore, we are seeking someone who is a fantastic communicator both internally and with clients and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Day to day management of the delivery team
Responsible of all deliverables to client contracts
Review and develop high value opportunities and/or risk assessment within the organization
Seek to maximise revenue and margin across multiple projects/accounts through project delivery
Hold responsibility for the quality of the project deliverables and communications across the company
Be highly involved in fundraising activities
Secure information delivery to investors, both potential and new ones
Be part of the management team

Requirements
Degree in Business, Management or Engineering
2-4 years of experience from a top tier consultancy firm, management role at a start-up/scale-up or within similar relevant field
Proven client management abilities at a senior level with large corporations
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
Top class communication skills including strong presentation skills
Fluent in English is required (additional languages ​​are meritorious)

The role is a full-time position based in our office in central Stockholm.
