Your mission
We are looking for someone who will lead the team who are responsible for securing that the operations, for Care by Volvo and other Global Online Experience businesses, have the products and processes in place to run successfully. That includes solutions for fleet operation from customer and car order, active contract, and return flow including remarketing.

Your responsibility is to maximize value-added work by owning and deciding upon priorities from a business perspective as well as developing the vision and roadmap for the team responsibilities. It also includes securing that solutions are developed for new Global Online Experience business and markets by securing manning, competencies, and digital development within the market implementation projects.

When scaling up volumes and markets, efficiency in operations products and processes is getting more and more important and will be an important part of your responsibility.

What you´ll do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with:
The team: Building a high-performing product and process owner team and coach them to meet their full potential and foster innovation.

The products: Secure that process and products are in place in time for go-live in a market. Accepting features delivered by the teams, including validation that the feature meets acceptance criteria and has the appropriate, persistent acceptance tests. Secure that the appropriate training is created to make sure the products and processes are understood and implemented in the organization.

A broad network of competencies: Collaborating with the teams, Solution-, and System Architects to define both functional and non-functional requirements. Keep close cooperation with the users of the tools and processes to secure the feedback loops from the users.

Strategic planning with many stakeholders: Participate in the implementation planning and evaluation to set high-level objectives. Use the appropriate metrics to evaluate the business values in different processes and products. When setting the plan for action you need to combine the needs of the customers, the available capacity of the teams involved, and the other planned releases your product are dependent on.

You and your skills
Leadership and collaboration: We believe you have a couple of years as a manager and professional experience from working with markets, preferably also with retailers. You also have experience working in cross-functional environments and handling a wide range of activities in parallel, involving multiple stakeholders and cultures.

Fleet operations: To be successful your previous experience should include working with processes and product that includes solutions for fleet operations, from customer and car order, active contract and return flows including remarketing. We believe you have large-scale product development experience in a leadership position.

Communication: We are looking for someone who enjoys collaboration and takes accountability, who is a strong relationship builder with outstanding communication skills, and who is fluent in English.

Experiences from the key systems Salesforce, SAP, and Miles (fleet system) as well as experience in setting requirement specifications towards digital teams are meritorious.
