Responsibilities
Let’s talk about your mission
As Head of IT Procurement you will work in close collaboration with the IT service organization, provide advisory on and planning of sourcing activities, drive sourcing cases ensuring contracts with terms and conditions in line with business needs and objectives. Also, ensure development and implementation of strategic approaches for how to over time, systematically interact with and influence the supply market for defined categories of goods or services, enabling best long-term value. You will also manage contracts and suppliers, as applicable from time to time, through their lifecycle. 
As Head of IT Procurement, you drive for best long-term value and acceptable risk, as well as for compliance with policies, strategies and regulations. You develop, implement and follow up the roadmap for how we should build, develop and maintain relationships with Suppliers in order to maximize value.  
In collaboration with the service and procurement organization, you will define, implement and follow up Category Strategies. Another responsibility is to act primary contact for assigned scope of the service organization regarding procurement matters while ensuring coordination within the procurement function.



Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree in a relevant field of studies, experience from the manufacturing industry is an advantage. You have a good understanding of the supplier market and IT business needs and risks. It is important that you understand business and industry capabilities, requirements and developments. You have several years of experience from working in a progressive procurement management setting, and are skilled in leading the way and managing stakeholders in large, international organizations. Since we’re a global business, you need cultural awareness and excellent communication skills in English. You also have excellent business acumen and procurement skills, including negotiation and RFx  RFI/RFP management. Any previous experience of formulate and execute category strategies is highly valued.
