Head of Mobile Development

Are you our next Head of Mobile Development?
We are looking for an experienced iOS developer that can lead our Ukraine team from Sweden. You have good communication skills and speak Ukrainian and English fluently. We believe you have excellent skills in software development and understands planning and estimation techniques.

Responsibilities
The office in Kista has 14 colleagues and you will be part of our development team.
The position is for you with extensive experience in iOS Mobile development. We believe that you have led a team of developers, QA and UX/UI to deliver excellent mobile applications on the iOS platform.

Requirements and Qualifications
5+ years in iOS development
- Good experience in leading a SCRUM team, working with a remote development team
- Experience in building scalable enterprise applications from the scratch as well as understanding of code refactoring
- Good communication skills
- Ukrainian and English
- Excellent knowledge of software best practices
- Apple Human Interface Guidelines, App Store Review Guidelines
- Reactive frameworks Reactive Cocoa, RxSwift or Apple's Combine framework
- MVVM, MVP, VIPER, Clean Architecture
- Unit and UI testing
- Understanding of planning and estimating techniques
