We are now looking for a Head of New Business Development to H&M SPORT.

As the Head of New Business Development you are responsible for leading all new growth areas outside of the apparel business, such as for example Outdoor, Shoes and Teamwear.
You drive growth by creating and optimizing the best possible offer for our customer. You set vision, strategy and goals for the new business areas and you are responsible to build & lead a strong team and organization to execute the strategies to reach our goals.
The position requires overall understanding of the full assortment strategy, as well as development and execution on a global level in all sales channels, securing growth and profitability short and long-term. You are expected to create a strong store and online portfolio as well as finding new sales opportunities and channels suitable for each business area and market scope – such as potential wholesale.
We are looking for a self-motivated person with a global, curious mindset and a genuine passion for building brand and growing businesses through outstanding products and offering. A person with strong visionary and strategic skills which they combine with a talent for building hands-on teams with a get-it-done attitude and inspiring, straight forward communication. They thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and are constantly looking for possibilities to develop new ways of working based on the overall picture.
In addition to matching the personal profile we also seek the following
· +8 years of experience in cross-functional responsibilities ie both in the product/category development and marketing field
· A sport focused background with a deep costumer knowledge, preferably from a multinational successful sports brand with multiple categories
· Proven leadership skills and solid track record in developing team members
· University Degree or similar in business management or marketing
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
· Passion for sport, outdoor and lifestyle
