Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson packaging and marking development. You will drive technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for packaging product development. You will drive the Ericsson governance for the two areas Packaging and Marking/Labelling.
You will:
Lead the development of all Ericsson packaging together with internal stakeholders and key suppliers
Be required to drive technology and product leadership
Securing cost optimized packaging with high quality standard
Securing efficient logistical flows via efficient packaging development
Leading and driving global governance for Packaging as well as for Marking & Labelling
Innovating and improve (especially with focus on environment and sustainability in packaging area)
Leading and coach a section with very competent and dedicated staff


To be successful in the role you must have:
University degree of engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10years working experience
Excellent understanding of Packaging and Marking/Labelling areas
Good understanding of both Product development, Supply and Sourcing domains.
Business Understanding
Excellent understanding of the concept of Global Governance
Coaching & Mentoring Skills
Negotiation Skill
Formulating strategies and concepts for the area of Packaging and Marking & Labelling
