We’re looking for a head of paid user acquisition to lead our paid user acquisition team, focusing on increasing app user growth, revenue, management and driving a positive return on ad spend.
As a head of paid user acquisition at Fishbrain, you will be responsible for management of a team, ad campaigns and budgets for our app and eCommerce platform. You will be responsible for all aspects of paid user acquisition for our goals, which will require analysis, reporting and forecasting as needed. You will be required to report findings and optimizations to the Chief Performance Marketing Officer and wider Marketing team as necessary as well.
You will report directly to the Chief Performance Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing campaigns on multiple digital platforms that drive both app and web traffic and conversions.
Optimise towards low customer acquisition cost (CAC) and high return on ad spend (ROAS).
Managing prospecting and remarketing on Search, Shopping, and Display
Coordinate with internal functions (Commerce, growth, finance, creative) to ensure continued performance and growth.
Coordinate with and brief sales team on Google best practices and requirements
Creative and data-driven, adept at delivering ideas, content, and metrics.
A self-starter that is able to take projects from strategy through execution with a high attention for detail.
Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to garner insights and optimize campaigns.
You are interested in the latest web trends and technologies.
Own relationships with partners and media owners



Requirements
3-5 years working experience within performance marketing
Expert knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Merchant Centre and Bing Ads
Good with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and wider Google marketing stack
Previous experience with B2C eCommerce
Experience of Business Manager and good understanding of handling advertising on Facebook, Instagram and other social networks.
Has good knowledge of driving traffic, ad optimization and customer acquisition
Fluent in English. Preferably American English



Some Preferred "Nice to Haves"
Knowledge or experience with magento or similar eCommerce CMS’
Knowledge and experience of marketing in the US
Knowledge of handling large eCommerce assortments & brands
