Verksamhetsbeskrivning:
Buckswood är en internationell internatskola med elever som kommer från hela världen.Skolan ligger på englands sydkust mellan Hastings och Rye.1,45 minuter med tåg från London.En skola där personalen förväntas vara flexibel när det gäller arbetstider och vilka arbetsuppgifter man utför.Eftersom de äldre eleverna är 18-19 år, förväntas du kunna kommunicera med dessa på ett vänligt sätt samtidigt som du är medveten om din roll som en av de vuxna personalen.

Responsibilities:
There are four Houses at Buckswood and you will be responsible for one of these.You must invoke a spirit of enthusiasm and inspire the students in your House.The male Boarders are either housed in Main House or in one of the three Lodge Houses and you will have responsibility for the running of your House so you need to be firm but fair.It is your responsibility to ensure that the boarders see you as a big brother figure to the children as well as ensuring discipline within the house. You will be helping with school administration (i.e.the School Director, the Head Teacher and members of the faculty).
You will have an assistant teaching role within the school (see timetable for details).The pupils must call you Sir at all times. You will also have various duties and supervision sessions.These must be carried out in accordance to the school s regulations.

Utbildning/Erfarenhet:
Your English should be good enough to manage.You will have a sport or music skill and will utilise this within the frame work of the school.
