About the job
As an HR Business Partner at Exeger you will be a part of a fast-growing company where you will play an important role not only for our people but for the whole company’s development. You will be a part of our HR team and be responsible for providing advice, guidance and support to leadership and wider business stakeholders on all people and change related matters; ranging from people strategy and business transformation to day-to-day HR operations and transactions of the people life cycle. You will develop and implement adequate plans to support our vision and business goals. You will create frameworks, processes and strategies while directly supporting the wider business operations. In this role you'll be able to combine people management and business acumen with organizational skills to enabling People and Organizational growth.
Responsibilities: (not limited)
Develop and implement targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment and change management
Build scalable processes - create structure and processes for team, drive key projects and overall help the team operate more effectively and efficiently towards delivery
Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to all levels of the organization
Actively participate in business planning and strategy development and provide people strategy plans to support business goals
Integrate and partner with your HR colleagues in e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Comp & Ben, Labor Law and Work Environment
About the team
The team is a multidisciplinary group of great minds who all work to make sure we move the organization in the right direction. As a team we share knowledge and support each other in different projects, even though we all have our own focus areas and responsibilities. You will work in close collaboration with the whole team but partner up with Anneli, our other HR Business Partner and report to Joakim, Chief HR Officer.

To succeed in this role, you are curious, driven and have prior experience of working in in the intersection between HR and Business Development. You are structured, ambitious and have effective communication and critical thinking skills. You have experience of learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams. You are a fast learner and understand the business context, issues, and challenges.
Possess a combination of strong business acumen, human resources and organization development expertise
Been driven different types of organizational changes, e.g., growth phases
8+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
BSc or MSc degree within HR, BA, Organizational Development or similar
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience from a manufacturing industry is considered highly meriting
