HR Business Partner


Adapteo is searching for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our committed HR team on our mission of Building Adaptable Societies. You will be part of the Adapteo Group HR team (together with Simon, Birgitta, Jenni and Olivia) partnering with management in the Business Units under your supervision (Sweden, Norway), as well as driving development of Group-wide initiatives and development programs. The HR Business Partner plays a key role in making sure Adapteo attracts, develop and retain the right employees for the future!

Adapteo is on a change journey and this role will be highly influenced by it. As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting managers in aligning their business objectives with people and organization. The role is both hands-on and strategic and provides expertise in areas such as labor law and labor relations, recruitment, employee development and retention, leadership development, performance management, and organizational planning. In summary, you will be responsible for driving the HR agenda in your local Business Units together with local Management, as well as together with the Group HR-team taking part in and driving group-wide development projects within the HR-field.

Your location will be in Solna, Sweden. In normal circumstances travelling is required occasionally primarily to our sites around Sweden and Norway. The role will be reporting directly to the SVP HR, Simon Persson.

Your tasks will include

- Partner with business leaders on strategic and operational level within all aspects of HR and drive the people agenda within your designated departments/locations
- Labor law and collective agreements as well as conducting trade union negotiations for our Swedish and Norwegian entities when applicable
- Ownership and operational delivery of HR processes (Performance Management, Salary Revision, Recruitment, Work environment, Rehabilitation, Labor Law etc.) in your Business Units
- Being part of and/or driving HR-development initiatives and projects, ensuring successful implementation across the organization

We believe you to have solid experience from a broad qualified HR-role, such as HR Business Partner, HR-Generalist, HR-manager or similar. Experience from a Nordic or Pan-European HR role is highly meriting. You hold a university degree with emphasis on HR or business administration.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you get to use your experience and creativity to build new structures and processes. You are proactive, flexible and solution-oriented and like to interact and build relationships with people in an international environment. You are an excellent communicator with great IT skills and you have a strong interest and understanding of digital and technical tools. Experience in leading HR related projects is considered an advantage. Excellent language skills in Swedish and English are a must; other languages will be an asset for you.
