Job Description
Now we are looking for a tech-oriented HR Business Partner to our client within the fashion industry in Stockholm.
As an HR Business Partner, you will lead the HR/People vision in close collaboration with the domains and your HR colleagues to enable high performing teams. You will report to People Experience Manager at Business Tech

Your daily tasks will vary between:
• Workforce planning
• Compensation & benefit
• Learn & develop
• Labor law
• Work environment
• Talent management & talent acquisition

You will follow up and analyze people data in order to identify trends and recommend solutions to strengthen their performance, engagement and culture. Also, you will play a critical role for the Group Business Tech to become the place to be for tech talents!

Admission and Application
