We’re now looking for our next HR star to help us elevate our HR team. The HR team collaborates closely with the rest of our gaming studio and see ourselves as one big team. Or as we put it, “you can’t rob a bank on your own!”

We believe you have broad HR skills and want to be highly involved in helping us become an even better place to work. Your daily tasks will include a lot of variation, both in administrative and strategic work such as HR administration and owning projects like the salary review, new hire processes and insurances. In short, you will be engaged in the full employee lifecycle.

A selection of tasks, but not limited to:

Manage and own the payroll process. Our salaries are outsourced, but you will be our first point of contact and responsible for the process, i.e. control, registration and requirements.
HR support for both our manager and employees together with the rest of the HR team.
Responsible for ad-hoc HR support.
Working with policies, both updating current ones and creating new ones.
Developing our HR Analytics and KPIs.
Updating our intranet.
Administrating the onboarding and offboarding.
Other HR admin processes, such as being part of the salary review process, working with employee insurances, work environment and pensions etc.

Must Have:
At least 5 years of experience in broad HR roles.
Degree in PAO, HR Management or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Swedish and English.
Understanding of Swedish labor law.
Experience working with salary processes.
Strong sense of self-ownership and being initiative driven.
A positive can-do attitude, willingness to learn and great organizational skills.

Nice to have:
Experience working in Flex.
Worked with implementing HR systems.
Understanding other European labor law.
Experience working with salary processes in European countries.
HR analytics, KPIs.
Experience working in organisations with English as a business language.
Interest in video games
