Job description
We are now looking for a professional HR Payroll Coordinator for a global company in Solna that operates in health technology who will support their Nordic organization. You provide expertise and support for our payroll activities in Finland and Sweden. In addition there are many areas of expertise where you can support the HR Nordics team further.

Responsibilities
As HR Payroll Coordinator, you will work in a multifaceted and multicultural organization where you will collaborate with employees and managers in different teams and businesses across Nordics with the main focus on Sweden and Finland. As your main responsibility, you will undertake all payroll activities in close collaboration with our External Payroll Vendors, using HR tools and acting as a main point of contact for employees´ and managers´ regarding their HR- and payroll related queries via a self-service tool. In addition, we also appreciate your support in general HR activities. The main responsibilities include; 



Day-to-day support towards employees and managers in all HR and payroll related topics via a case management system/self-service tool, called ServiceNow
Payroll processing including delivering accurate payroll input, performing payroll controls and other payroll related activities, in close collaboration with local outsourced payroll provider and internal stakeholders. Continued development and improvement of the payroll process 
Assisting and maintaining the annual HR compensation and benefits process in close collaboration with internal department ‘Rewards’ and other stakeholders
Conducting employee onboarding and offboarding process including all related activities such as preparing employment contracts, organizing onboarding training sessions, entering data into HR systems, preparing leaver letters, employment certificates etc 
Maintaining accurate employee records and processing employee changes in HR systems, such as Workday, and according to each country rules and legislation

As HR Payroll Coordinator, you will collaborate with different departments globally, such as Talent Acquisition, Rewards and other PPS teams and you will be an important contributor to different process improvement initiatives. 


You will be part of a fast-paced organization. Your team consists of 4 direct colleagues and many indirect team members supporting all EMEA. You will work closely with HR Managers and will indirectly be part of a wider HR community. 

Qualifications
We are looking for a person with; 


 A bachelor's degree in a HR related field and/or equivalent experience
 Previous experience in acting as a payroll coordinator person or payroll related activities for Sweden and Finland (1 year) 
 Previous experience working with time tracking systems for employees, such as giving guidance to employees and managers as well as checking inconsistent time records for payroll accuracy 
Analytical thinking, accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as cultural awareness
Ability to take own initiatives and act independently 
Strong motivation to drive different improvement projects 
Personal integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information 
Ability to understand and interpret incoming enquiries from the internal customers 
Fluent English (both written and spoken) and additional Nordic language is considered as advantage
Strong MS Office tools (Excel and Microsoft Word)
