Description
We have grown to more than 100 persons, and the HR area now needs full attention to create a good structure and improve our employee branding. We have a foundation in place, but now we need to take this to the next level.



Tasks
- Manage Salary in at least three countries. Work is outsourced
- Manage our files both paper and digital
- Improve and drive the digitalization process around the employee life cycle, including: - Hiring/recruiting process
- On/offboarding 
- Salary review
- Pensions & benefits
- Budget
- Prepare HR related reports.
- Support in the recruiting process
- Owner of HR-related policy documents and secure that they are up to date. 
- Systematik work environment work



Travel approximately 10-20 days/year.

Qualifications
We believe that you have worked in similar positions before and have a Process and business-oriented mindset. To succeed in this role, you must have good communication & presentation skills. You will meet a lot of people from different cultures all over the world. 



- Experience from managing payroll
- Worked with similar tasks
- Experience from the setting, meeting expectations and goals
- Good presentation skills
- Good knowledge in the office package (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Good understanding of Swedish labor laws
- Knowledge about German and or French labor laws is good, not a must.
