Your work
As a BackEnd developer, you are part of a squad where you, together with other developers, have full responsibility for a digital service. You will collaborate with other backend developers in the squad and the languages used are mainly Java, Javascript and serverless framework.

As a talent during the program you will have your own mentor and receive coaching, training courses and establish a professional network with each other. All talents during the program will also complete a project together where you can utilize each other’s competence and diverse background. We believe that you will learn and have fun to bring out your best quality in your new role at Husqvarna Group.

Digital solutions R&D Squads
We work with squad and tribe concept, where one squad has a full responsibility over a service (Delivery, Security and Operations) together with a product owner. A squad can vary in size and contains different roles (such as App Developers, BackEnd Developers, FrontEnd Developers, Testers etc.)
In this talent program we are interested in all roles even if this advert is focused towards App Developers.

•Relevant education and major (Mobile platforms, Systems engineering, Data Technology etc.)
•English (must have)

•Enjoy working with other people, and continuously learning while having fun.

About Framtiden

Going through Framtiden’s Talent Program, you as a talent will have a unique opportunity to learn the operations thoroughly. For this role, you will initially be employed by us Framtiden with our vision that you become a permanent employee directly by Husqvarna.
