We are looking for a Pre Sales and Solutions Lead for our Insurance Solution Unit for the Nordic. In the role you will be based out of our TCS Nordic Headquarter in Stockholm and report into the Insurance Relationship Director, Europe. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Need to delivery on sales targets for the portfolio
Responsible to achieve Profit and Loss, customer satisfaction etc
Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year are finalized together with the strategy to achieve the same
Develop and manage TCS's relationship with the Customers Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction goals
Provide consulting services to the customer
Develop value added consulting solutions for the customer
Partner with the customers and provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership
Responsible along with the other sales team for Nordics growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets
Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives
Perform bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response
Perform solution and pricing validation according to the competency area
Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordics customers
Achieve the revenue and profitability targets set in alignment with the overall GCP Europe targets
Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic market and tailor TCS?s existing solutions and/or create new solutions for the Nordic market
Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS's global consultant pool to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients
Build the TCS Nordics team with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers to serve the Nordic market in an effectively and efficiently way

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in engineering + preferably Masters in Business Administration. At least 10 years experience: of working in multicultural environment, different organizations in the Insurance space, working with multiple service horizontals like BPO, IS, Assurance. IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales, IT Services delivery, Business development and creating GTM strategy. Fluent in English is required.
