Atlas Copco Business Services, IT is looking for an IT Operations Manager in Örebro.

Job Description
The IT Operations Manager will be managing a local team of about ten members focusing on the operational service and support delivery of the internal datacenter in Örebro. She/ he will safeguard projects which will improve the overall quality, efficiency and availability.

The Operations team will ensure 2nd and 3rd level service delivery of different software and hardware products to Atlas Copco Business Services, IT's business partners. In line with the Infrastructure and Common Application (ICA) principle, this team will safeguard all Atlas Copco business units' requirements on core IT infrastructure needs. The Operations team is accountable for the service delivery and for the financial results in the area of internal and external server hosting and the related infrastructure services e.g. server and storage lifecycle, environmental management, physical access and site management.

The Operations Manager Örebro will manage service delivery and KPIs for the service team, will work closely with the rest of the IT Operations Service Team as well as with the IT Customer Service organization to ensure high quality support for IT services globally including operational continuous improvement efforts. She/ he will work actively with our business partners to understand their requirements and document how we add value for them. This position will report to the Global Operations Manager and you are stationed at our office in Örebro.

Our candidate:
You have a Bachelor degree in Information Technology or similar through experience. You have a proven track record of pro-actively identifying solutions to both technology and business issues and management experience with a proven track record of leading a team across multiple locations. We believe that you are working in the datacenter/ application hosting/ infrastructure domain. You have experience of working in an environment requiring cooperation and negotiation with other business units/ vendors to attain goals. Familiarity with ITIL is a must as well as fluency in English, spoken and written. Other languages are an asset.

You are a result oriented and customer focused person. You have excellent people management skills and ability to influence and lead change. Being service minded and business oriented is natural for you.

On top of this you have a positive attitude and you firmly believe that there is always a better way.
