Jamari Housekeeper

JAMARI

We are looking for a new Jamari. The Jamariservice means that we take care of a family's household and that we visit the family every day. A Jamari is someone who takes care of the running of your household, and this goes way beyond just cleaning. You will, according to a schedule, keeping track of and planning the needs of the family. You become a family coordinator at home. You will follow the Jamari job description we developed in 2017 and implement it with three families. Together we make an evaluation for possible improvements and then we start the Jamari Academy.
Entry-level cleaners typically work alongside a more experienced cleaner and gain more responsibilities and more difficult work as they become experienced.

The most important thing is that you like to clean and that you love what you do. You enjoy taking care of our client's home - just like it's your own home. You are independent, initiativeary, orderly and can communicate in a humble but clear manner to our clients and the team. You speak English as our clients all are English speaking.

If you are interested in interior decoration, it's a plus, as all the small details determine the impression and the result we create. We value that you are detailed oriented, have great organizational ability, structured and interpersonal skills as you will be working in private homes. We only select candidates who understand the importance of perfectionism, initiative and ability to take and remember instructions from both client and the team leader/manager. We are looking for dedicated staff, and therefore generally only take on candidates who have demonstrated longevity in previous roles. We will interview the applicants and will use our knowledge skills and experience to gauge their suitability for a position suitable for our client.

The staff is undoubtedly the most important part of our growing success story. The company is affiliated with the union and has collective agreement. We use environmentally friendly cleaning materials that are both beneficial for our staff, our clients and the environment.

The Jamari service is a permanent employment contract, with a 6-month probationary employment. According to the Employment Protection Act, all appointments are 'permanent' (until further notice), unless otherwise agreed.
