Job Title –Marketing Manager - Avocado

Musubu farm a Privately owned with continually strong financial performance are looking for a
Marketing Manager to join the company.
This position would develop the Marketing base for Musubi Europe to provide depth in marketing ability of avocado.

Requirements
 Experience in global marketing
 Has a proven track record of working at senior level and is able to demonstrate experience
and knowledge
 Experience of working in a collaborative and co-operative environment, making
implementation of basic procedures easier for marketing plan and management
information
 Ability to recognise and respond to changing business needs
 Committed to continuous development of the commodity you are responsible for A team contributor across the company beyond own area boundaries
 Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
 Provides a clear vision, adds value where involved, strong problem evaluation and solution
 Creates opportunities, overcomes obstacles and thinks outside of the box
 Adaptability to cope with the needs of a rapidly growing environment across multiple
countries
 Analytical thinker capable of dealing with complexity and handling multiple tasks
 This role requires a high degree of personal motivation and resilience.
Salary Band: Competitive Salary or Commision based for the right candidate.

Hours: Commensurate with the role is the recognition that hours of work be appropriate to meet the needs of the organisation.
