We need for our client fulltime Sourcers to start asap. You will work with direct recruitment, which means that you are responsible for processes related to different areas and tasks.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You’ll be working closely with hiring managers who support a pipeline set-up of recruitment fueling with great talent. You will be working with global headhunting within different areas like, marketing, solutions/delivery and commercial competencies.

You will be responsible for the entire process from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, all while working together with hiring managers and your team to improve the way the compay operate.

* CV in English
* Has at least 1 – 3 + years’ experience from agency or relevant In-House experience with talent acquisition/headhunting
* Have understanding of the recruitment landscape and complexity of global talent markets/remote hiring
* Have the ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates, team leads and HR throughout the recruitment process
* Comfortable working in a fast-pace
* Fluency in English
