Who are we looking for?
We are looking for high performing and talented individuals with 0-2 years of professional experience. Personal characteristics include a business mindset, excellent communication skills, an analytical way of solving problems and a team oriented way of working. In addition to excellent grades we value international experience, previous work experience as well as other engagements and achievements showing a strong drive, high ambition and passion. We are very much looking forward to welcome our new recruits who will enjoy great fun, a steep learning curve and work alongside our clients targeting their critical challenges.
Recent graduates or young professionals with up to 2 years professional experience from any relevant area
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or economics/business or equivalent with excellent academic results
People who achieve – high performers with strong drive and high ambition
Team players – open minded with ability to network, as well as contributing as an inspirational team member. We value diverse backgrounds in our team
People who have personal integrity and ability to exercise sound judgment and common sense
