Key Account Manager

The position is part of the Avis Sweden Sales Team, and reports to the Sales Manager.

With mandate to negotiate prices, terms and conditions and sign contracts within the sales process.

Responsibilities:

This Develop and manage contracted products within the segments containing:

Insurance & Leasing.

Manage and sell all products that are available to offer our Insurance & Leasing customers at any given time.

Primary Duties:

* Develop and manage contracted and un contracted products within the segment Insurance & Leasing
* Generate new contracted and non-contracted business
* Write tenders
* Negotiate and finalize deals
* Implement new agreements
* Improve customer performance
* Assess current and potential value/profitability of customers
* Manage the financial implications
* Review conversion of valued customers
* Optimize existing and potential value
* Identify needs
* Create solution and product/price
* Represent AVIS in workshops and fairs
* Support corporate and licensee stations in different sales tasks

Qualifications:

* Easy understanding of different processes
* Outstanding communication skills both in English and Swedish language and an understanding of the two other Scandinavian languages
* Appropriate computer skills

* Experience of B2B and retail - sales
* Sales experience on a qualifies level
* Negotiation skills

* Make sure that the employee has the internal support to be able to focus on the primary duties. E.g. Customer Service, support on issues regarding invoices and technical support related to invoicing processes and system.
* Give the employee necessary development to be able to fulfil the demands that the customers will have over time.
