Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and agreements in Sweden
Together with our GKAM develop and implement a business plan for the account to secure profitable growth
Build and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by co-ordinating the necessary Parker resources to meet customer needs
Follow and communicate customer forecast
Communicate customers view of Parker and its future needs in terms of products/services and their strategy directions
Coordinate customer based activities and strategies with Parker Sales organizations, Groups/Divisions and other entities involved in the customer


Qualifications:
Require understanding and experience of the market and business environment Parker operates in
Business/Engineering Master degree
Excellent technical understanding
Excellent English (oral / written)
Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Mature business appearance with ability to develop trust with the customer and our divisions and groups
Team builder with good business acumen to build and manage customer contacts
Highly organized and self-motivated
Good knowledge of Parker’s organization and technologies, with the ability to achieve unified Parker solutions
Must be prepared to travel frequently, mainly in Sweden but also internationally.
