As a Kitchen leader, Cooking and preparing food will be an easy job for you. Your past experiences, natural leadership skills will now get a chance to really shine through. While preparing the good meals, you will have to ensure the restaurant remains profitable and your team is continuously developing.

Your everyday responsibilities:

- Controlling and directing the food preparation and packaging processes.
- Managing and working closely with other team members.
- Responsible for food & hygiene and health & safety.
- Aware of HACCP and equally capable of implementing it at your workplace.
- Running day to day operation.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.


Your other responsibilities:

- Weekly ordering of foods and packaging.

- Updating daily check lists.
- Maintaining and updating schedule within the given maximum labour cost.
- Monthly Inventory count, controlling food costs & a waste management.
- Overall responsibility of hiring and training new staffs.
