Lead Developer

We are looking for a Lead Developer to join out IT Development Team in Finland.

This role is suitable for you who today are a senior developer or Lead Developer with strong competence in Java and used to through the whole stack. You are the person that your colleagues turn to for advice and brainstorming ideas with. Does this sound like you? Excellent - then we hope to receive your application!

You work together with talented and motivated colleagues who help each other learn, develop, and grow. Your role will include, but not be excluded to:

- Mentor and coach the more junior developers in your and other teams
- Participate and drive the technical vision, development, and improvement of our technical platform
- Lead the team in technical matters and in collaboration with Scrum Master ensure that best practices are applied
- Develop our development processes
- Act as a software architect and work close to the architecture department and other key people
- Work closely with your own team and collaborate with other teams and stakeholders such as developers, architects, product owners, project managers, testers
