Let us describe the challenge we offer    
We are now seeking a curious, innovative and driven person to join our Commercial Operations team as responsible for the Learning & Development eco-system.

To be able to stay relevant and provide state-of-the-art learning opportunities in a fast-changing world we will create a modern learning and development eco-system for external partners as well as for our colleagues working inside Volvo Cars Commercial organisation.
We are now looking for a Learning & Development Lead that have the experience and power to transform a scattered learning environment to a market leading learning eco-system. As the master gardener of the eco-system you are expected to grow a learning vision with supporting principles and build a learning portfolio linked to our business strategy. You need to plant a future-proof operating model where knowledge freely can flow between business functions and regions. To make the learning eco-system come alive we need to build common methods and tools that empowers personalized learning experiences for our retail partners as well as our people. You are part of the People Experience organisation, but you will collaborate daily with multiple stakeholders in the business.

What you´ll do
This is a business-critical role and the expectation is high on us to be successful in the transition of Learning & Development. We think you have a broad experience from developing and implementing Learning & Development operations in large, global and diverse organisations and you have a deep interest and expertise in the future of digital learning.
To succeed you will need to master change and you have led Learning & Development change journeys globally, including creating clarity through vision and guiding principles, defining learning strategies and guiding stakeholders and people through the transformation.
