Legal Assistant As Legal Assistant you will have an important role to play in supporting the organisation with qualified legal support in primarily patent related matters.Intellectual Property is a key asset to DeLaval and the company is proactively working to protects its technology and enforce its patents.You will be part of the Intellectual Property & Legal Support department, based at DeLaval global headquarters in Tumba. Key responsibilities Your main tasks as a Legal Assistant include: "X Independently create and organize legal documents "X Assist the in-house Patent Attorneys with various tasks relating to prosecution of intellectual property matters "X Assist the in-house Patent Attorneys in matters concerning branding Professional experience You should have at least upper secondary school education."X A genuine knowledge of European and International patent administration practice "X Experience from working with legal matters is an advantage, but not necessary "X Fluency in Swedish and English.Some reading knowledge in German and French is an advantage The position is based at DeLaval global headquarters in Tumba, Stockholm, but international travelling will be required.In this recruitment DeLaval co-operates with HR North/Jobbexpressen.
