Legal Counsel to our Legal and Regulatory Team

Nasdaq is now looking for a Legal Counsel to join our legal and regulatory team. This is an extraordinary opportunity to work with legal and regulatory questions at one of the leading providers of exchange and trading technology. The position is located at our spacious and open plan campus in Stockholm.

As a Legal Counsel you will be a part of a team that primarily supports the exchange, clearing and settlement businesses within the Nordic/Baltic regions. You will be joining a strong team of about ten lawyers located throughout the Nordic and Baltic countries and working closely with the business we support.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a legal support to Nasdaq's regulated exchange, clearing and settlement businesses in the Nordic and Baltic regions.
* Monitor legal and regulatory developments and provide guidance to internal company clients with respect to legal requirements and company policies.
* Draft and review complex commercial agreements and regulations.

Education, Professional Accomplishments, and Certifications

* A LL.M. (Master of Laws)
* Minimum 2 years of working experience.
* Merit if you have experience from financial regulations.

* Demonstrates subject matter expertise in current laws, controls and regulatory requirements framework and structure, consistent with years of working experience.
