Management Advisor to Digital Banking & IT

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Be a part of the Digital Banking & IT organization, the unit is responsible for channel experience, digital tools and solutions for customer meetings, innovative solutions utilizing Open Banking, technologies and infrastructure to run and future-proof the bank
- Management Office is part of Strategic Transformation and works closely with the Digital Banking & IT management team, supporting in a wide variety of tasks covering executive reporting, strategic coordination, strategic transformation, and communication. The tasks include:

- Executive reporting, in a communicative way, provide regular progress updates from the unit to the CEO, Board of Directors and Investor relations.

- Strategic planning & coordination, plan and coordinate Digital Banking & IT’s agenda including yearly business plan

- Strategic Transformation, through analysis, project management, providing decision making material and/or facilitation of decision making processes.

- Communication, culture, and event management within Digital Banking & IT through new and creative formats to share information, build culture and drive change.

- Special engagements, supporting Head of Digital banking & IT and the management team in producing high quality, executive communication, project management and workshop facilitation.




What is needed in this role:

- You have an analytic and solution-oriented mindset, a “can do” attitude and likely a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- You have a strong personal drive to plan, manage and execute activities as well as manage stakeholder expectations.
- You strive to continuously develop and improve, and you focus on delivering results and creating value.
- You have strong presentation skills and excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.).
- You have a very strong skill set in producing written communication with a clear and strong message and the ability to conceptualize complex structures.
- You have an interest in digitalization and new technics in the financial sector and a high customer centric approach.
- You enjoy working in a fast pace atmosphere with high performers, high expectations and positive, supportive team spirit.
- You have a strong academic record
- You are also fluent in English
