The program includes an introduction training in various departments at our headquarters in Värnamo. During the trainee period you will have a wide range of tasks in several parts of our organisation. It will include operational parts, and at the same time you will be involved in different digital development projects that are connected to your future role at Bufab. Future areas for your role are within sourcing/purchase, business or process development.

During the trainee program there will be opportunities to take part in development projects, not only with our Nordic sister companies, but also on global level.

Our aim is that you will be able to take on a leading role at Bufab in the future, either on management level or on responsible process level. We want you to be part of both your and our future development.

The base for Bufab’s trainee program is development needs identified for the future, suitable for newly graduated students who are looking for a challenging and interesting future, also after the program.

Who are you
To become our trainee you need to be curious and have a significant interest to learn everything there is about the sourcing processes within our operation.

You have a master’s degree within relevant area, digitalisation (RPA/AI)or process development, and your year of exam is 2021 or 2020.

We are looking for a person who is self-motivated, dedicated while at the same time being process-oriented and well-structured.

To succeed within Bufab you need to be a team player. We strongly believe in team spirit in all areas of the company, locally and globally.

As the job requires a lot of international contacts, when networking within the Bufab Group, advanced language skills in English are needed, other languages are beneficial.

Good communication and analytical skills combined with advanced level of Excel knowledge is required, basic knowledge of databases (SQL) is a plus. We work a lot with digitalisation, and we see you as one of our future members in developing our sourcing processes within the Bufab Group.

Location
We look for 1 trainee with location in Värnamo. The trainee program will start with a 3-month introduction program in Värnamo.  

Start
The trainee program starts the 1:st of September 2021 and will last for one year.

The interviews are planned to be held direct after the application date ends, and we plan to finish the recruitment second part of June. Everybody who has applied will get notice, no later than 10:th of June, if they have advanced to the second part of our selection or not.
