What’s the job all about?
In this position, you take full ownership of our Vending and Tool Logistics service offerings, making it a success across our markets and with our customers. You manage relationships with external vendors and interact with customers securing a high customer experience and work in close collaboration with the sales areas on developing sales approaches. To derive business value from data originated by our offerings is an important part of your job, as well as to find new add-on service opportunities and optimize customers’ tool management practices.
The location for this position is globally flexible and travel is a natural part of your job.
More about what we do at our department
Vending and Tool Logistics aim to answer customer needs for better tool management and inventory control. It´s based on vending machines, proprietary tool management software, and analytics services. It’s part of our projects and services organization, supporting our customers with projects to maximize their productivity with tool selection, process design, and simulations. At the same time, we’re aiming to grow our services business that today consists of three areas - PIP Lean, Pay per Part, and Vending and Tool Logistics.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with a degree in a relevant field of studies, such as Engineering or Business Administration, combined with experience from relevant industrial or business settings. Perhaps you’ve gained your knowledge within the field from successfully driving sales and customer development or product/offer ownership or leading significant change or improvement programs. Acting in a truly global organization calls for excellent English skills, verbally and in writing.
You’re a confident business leader with can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a proactive and structured approach. And being a skilled communicator and networker really comes in handy when building strong relationships based on trust and honesty, all over our international company. At the end of the day, you’re a true team player who enjoys working with others and sharing best practices.
