Polestar will soon start to deliver cars in Sweden, Norway, Netherland, Germany, Belgium and UK. The Market Finance and Sales Administrator is to secure that administrative tasks and process related to sales and finance are completed in a timely manner.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Verify customer’s financing applications, loan agreements from various banks in local language. Extract potential information that is needed for the financing process from those documents. Contact these various banks for more information if needed. Communicate with the customer in case of queries. Update order with payment terms & payment party master data in the systems.


* Follow up on invoices from Polestar partners, i.e. space investors, providers of delivery services and workshops by making sure that they are accurate and in line with what has been agreed. Included in this role is also the task to give support to the partners, making sure that they are being paid and remunerated as agreed and when requested and needed to provide them with support on questions and concerns related to invoices and payments
* Submit the new energy car subsidy application to government according to instructions.
* Filing to local governments for non-tax related issues
* Purchasing Requestor. Set up of purchase Order/Shopping cart and follow up goods
received.
* Any other duties as agreed


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Bachelor of Science or similar degree is required


* Have relevant experience in automotive company, retail bank or leasing company.
* Demonstrated understanding of automotive finance related processes
* Experience of working in multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* English & Swedish language fluently is mandatory
* Multi-language is a plus
