Your job in creating taste sensations
As Marketing Activation Manager, you are responsible for any marketing activation plans and tactical support for your brand portfolio in your market based on the brand plans supplied by the brand and category director. responsibilities span media planning, sampling and event management, production of in store- and sales support materials and local market analysis.

Operationally your responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating media and marketing plans for the local activation of your brands, together with responsible Brand and Category Director
• Give local input based on insights to brand marketing plans and new product launches
• Analysis and follow up of marketing activation plans against KPI’s
• Adapt and translate Nordic plans and creative material to make sure they are successful locally


• Plan and execute any samplings, events and in store demos
• Manage the local social media presence for the brands following the posting schedules and communications plans as supplied by the brand teams
• Coordinate and communicate all marketing related activities to local country sales teams


You report to VP Marketing, Fazer Lifestyle Foods and in matrix to Country manager.

What we are looking for  
You have at least five years experience from a similar role within marketing. You have experience in marketing and brand building activities and an innovative mindset. You have an analytical and pragmatic way of utilizing consumer and shopper insight as well as an ability to turn them into commercial solutions. You are a strong self-starter and hard-worker willing to go the extra-mile. You have an ability to make things happen and you have a proven track record of past success. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are required, as well as good presentation skills. Nordic language skills are essential. Your proficiency is based on a suitable Bachelor’s level degree.
