Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to support the Medium Gas Turbine (MGT) aftermarket business
What You Will Work On
Define and steer long-term strategic marketing plans in alignment with the CoC MGT strategy.
Develop and lead messaging strategies for key global markets and segments.
Create and maintain go-to-market concepts with sales, commercialization, and R&D teams.
Benchmark marketing best practices across relevant industries and competitors.
Ensure alignment with corporate communication and product line marketing on style guides, brand messaging, and tools.
Explore and adopt automation and AI-supported marketing methods.
Develop media assets such as videos, flyers, pop-ups, and customer stories.
Support and coordinate user conferences, regional training, and event logistics.
Manage content and documentation uploaded to portals, including approval workflows and fleet updates.
Facilitate knowledge sharing across product lines and global marketing teams.
Support internal and external communications for product launches and campaigns.

What You Bring
Experience in marketing and communication, ideally within industrial or energy sectors.
Ability to define and implement long-term marketing strategies.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in Swedish and English.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and R&D.
Proficiency in content creation, campaign execution, and event coordination.
Understanding of go-to-market strategies and aftermarket business needs.
Ability to drive adoption of marketing tools, automation, and AI-supported processes.
Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
